BABOR lovers situated in Pretoria will especially be interested as Le Chic Beauty Clinic is situated in Brooklyn Mall, a central shopping centre for Petoria residents and an ideal visit for a BABOR treatment and pampering session.
Le Chic Beauty Clinic is owned and run by the lovely Paula Bhana who started the clinic in 1983, in Laudium Pretoria, where she was influential in educating and beautifying the Indian community. Paula has much faith in the industry, and mentors students from Pretoria Technicon and Private Beauty Schools, as she believes that putting back into the community will earn the profession the respect it deserved. Paula works closely with her staff to ensure good relationships, it is this caring, passionate and family atmosphere at Le Chic that makes clients feel comfortable and welcome to the Clinic.
 
 
 
Le Chic Beauty Clinic has been in the BABOR family for 29 years and has been situated in Brooklyn Mall for ten of those. BABOR Training

In June 2012, BABOR Cosmetics provided estheticians with SKINOVAGEPX, a new, effective skincare system. This new skincare range not only combines the expertise of the previous product lines for specific skin types – System Gold, Skinovage and Pure – but also targets the special needs of individual skin types with new, even more effective formulas.


SKINOVAGEPX training began once the new range had been launched at the BABOR International Seminar in June. SKINOVAGEPX training is essential for all therapists working with BABOR and therapists who attend are introduced to each product in full. They are trained up on all the product ingredients, the benefits, effects and the process of application.
Training days are a great way for therapists to experience the brand hands on, the days are fun, informative and interactive and give therapists an opportunity to meet one another and share their BABOR experiences while learning more about the different products in the range.
Training begins at 09:00am and therapists enjoy a morning coffee and introduction from the BABOR trainer before the theory begins. The theory is an informative session that goes into the range in full detail and each therapist is provided with a BABOR product guide to assist them during the day. Product guides are given to the therapists to keep so that they can consult them in the future or when required during their time working with the brand.

Lunch is provided for guests who are trained at the BABOR head office and therapists are able to take a break and enjoy the sunshine while the information sinks in.
The second half of a training day is generally focused on the practical side of the range and therapists are taught how to use the products, each lady takes a turn to be client and therapist to gain full knowledge of the brand and are then also able to touch, feel and smell all products.

The DAVINCI Hotel and BABOR Ladies Lunch


Saturday the 28th of July was the DAVINCI Hotel and Suites ladies lunch, it was a fabulous afternoon filled with chatter, laughter, good food, wine and the opportunity for the ladies who attended the event to share an afternoon with their friends, learn more about the BABOR brand and be a part of the M-Net cares Naledi Initiative.

BABOR was thrilled to get involved in the event, skin specialist Jessica Jacobs presented an
anti-aging workshop to the guests; each lady received a mini BABOR facial kit and were
delighted to learn how to do their own facials in the comfort of their homes with BABOR products.   

It was great to see all the guests with their BABOR head bands on and ready to get involved. Therapists from the DAVINCI Spa were on hand to assist with questions and application of BABOR products while Jessica explained the steps and benefits of the products they were using on their skin. All the ladies that experienced the mini facial were delighted with the results and their skins looked gorgeous. 


It was a great afternoon and BABOR was happy to be present. Thank you to the DAVINCI Hotel and Spa and to all the ladies that attended the afternoon.
