Do cellulite creams work?

Anti-Cellulite Workout

REPEAT DAILY FOR 8 WEEKS

1. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and your arms stretched out in front of you. Bend your knees slowly, keeping your back straight. Tense your buttocks and stomach. Repeat 10 times.

2. From a standing position, take a big step forward, keeping your back straight. Bend your back leg at the knee. Hold this position briefly, then return to the starting position. Complete the exercise with one leg, then switch legs. 
Repeat 10 times.

3. Lie on your back and bend your legs at the hip. Tense your stomach and your buttocks. Raise only your hips off the floor and hold this position for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

4. Lie on your back. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. Place your arms at your sides. Raise your hips and your right leg off the floor, then do the same with your left leg. Alternate sides and hold each position for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Post workout

Exfoliate in the shower with SHAPING FOR BODY Firming Body Peeling Cream (alternating hot/cold shower).
